I don’t think it’s a secret that I love to read. I have written numerous posts about my love of reading and decided I should share a couple of books that I have been wanting to read. Now this is my first post about books I haven’t read yet, so bear with me. I only have 2 books on my to be read list.
The first book I want to read is Breakfast at Tiffany’s. I have seen the movie, and it is one of my favorites. I love how Audrey Hepburn portrayed the character, she made it funny and admirable. I have heard that the book is slightly different than the movie, which most usually are different. I can’t wait to read this book and compare and contrast them. If anyone has read this book, let me know what you thought about it!
The second book I have been so excited to read is How to Be Parisian Wherever You Are * Love, Style, and Bad Habits. I love learning about different cultures, and many people have been raving about this book. The authors of this book are four women who have been friends for a very long time. These ladies talk about how they dress, their lifestyle, and much more. If any of you have read this, let me know what you think of it.
I also am looking for new books to read, if you have any suggestions leave me comment!
I hope you are all having a great week so far, thanks for reading!
Loved Breakfast at Tiffany’s, but Ms. Heidi is a different book character – more tragic, in my mind. But if you love Audrey, then I’d recommend Fifth Avenue, 5 A.M.: Audrey Hepburn, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, and the Dawn of the Modern Woman. While it is about the making of the film, it’s about the complex woman Hepburn was, how she influenced fashion, and the changing dynamics of feminine culture. I loved this book!

Breakfast at Tiffany’s is a great read–but it’s quite a bit different from the film. It’s almost a book you need to read twice.
