Sheet masking

Hello! How’s everyone doing this weekend? Where I live it is about -28 degrees and it is miserable. I wish I lived somewhere warm and tropical.

Today I decided it was time to do a face mask because it has been far too long. My skin needs all the help it can get especially during the winter. I decided to try the Tony Moly Tea Tree Skin Soothing Sheet mask. I have only used a few sheet masks and I like them normally.

I got this mask at Ulta and was super excited to try it. I’m sorry I don’t remember the price of the mask but I think it was under $8.00.

When I took it out of the packaging the mask felt very drippy. There was so much product on the mask that the inside was super slimy. Once I got the mask on I struggled a bit with it since it was so slippery. It says to leave on 20-30 minutes but it only stayed on for maybe 8 minutes at most.

My skin felt nice after but I wish it wouldn’t have been so slippery so I could have had it on longer. I think for the price of the mask it was good I just didn’t like how wet the product was.

Have you tried any sheet masks? If so what’s your favorite one? Let me know in the comments!

Thank you all for reading, if you live somewhere cold try and stay warm 🙂 I plan on not leaving the house!

  1. I always feel like all sheet masks just slide around on my face and I try to lay down with my head back a little bit so it’s not as bad, though I have to still adjust it. I’ve used these before and really liked keeping the package with extra serum so I could apply it the next day or two.
