Pizza Casserole 

Hey everyone!

My husband and I have been trying to make more meals at home. We tried an amazing pasta a few months ago that we can’t get enough of. The other day I made It for the first time in probably 3 months and it was so good I thought I’d share it with you!

This is what our pizza Casserole looked like at the end. So delicious and you can add any toppings you’d like to make it your own!

Here’s what you’ll need: 

  • 1 box of Rotini noodles 
  • 24 pepperoni for the top of pasta
  • Cut up pepperonis for in the pasta
  • 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes 
  • 4 cups of mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning 
  • Any toppings you’d like to add ( toddler is extremely picky so I keep mine pretty basic)
  • Baking dish


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. First thing you’ll need to do is cook your pasta. While your pasta is boiling spray your baking dish so nothing sticks. You can also cut up your pepperoni and any other veggies you choose to add. 

Once the pasta is finished cooking pour it right into your baking dish. Then add your crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning and cut up pepperonis to the pasta. Mix it all together making sure all the noodles are covered. 

Once your noodles are all covered in the tomatoes, seasoning and peoperonis ( and any other veggies you chose to add), add the cheese on top. You will use 4 cups of mozzarella. Next up is putting the 24 pepperonis on top of the cheese. 

Once that is done bake it for 30 minutes. 

Voila! There you have a super easy and delicious meal.
