Oh what a day!

Hey guys! I hope you all had an amazing weekend. If you are in Texas my heart goes out to you all. I hope you are all staying safe during the hurricane.

This weekend has been pretty eventful for us. Friday we had to go grocery shopping and then took a walk to the park so Riley could play. Since she isn’t potty trained yet we didn’t get to stay too long. Any tips on how to get a stubborn toddler to stop using her pull-ups as a toilet?

My daughter dresses herself by the way! She picks out quite the outfits. Also how cute are these two? I love them!

Saturday was a day full of feeding and pumping and playing playdoh. Once the hubby got off work we went out to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. Then we went on a walk and rented a movie. We have yet to watch the movie because my hubby fell asleep while I was getting Riley to sleep. It was 9:30pm. You know you are a parent when you fall asleep by 9:30.

Guys, this is the first time since December I wore a pair of jeans. I wasn’t as comfortable as I’d hoped, but my hubby kept telling me he liked my outfit. Ok it’s because he picked it out lol

Today has been busy filled with playing. My bestie came over and we went on a long walk with the littles. We are moving to a new house in a little over a month so I showed her the new house.

This is the face of pure joy! I love watching her light up like this.

Later on we walked to the park and Riley had a blast. There were a couple di kids her age that she started playing with and it was amazing to watch. Since I am a stay at home mom she doesn’t get to interact with kids very often, but she did great. I had such a proud mommy moment when one of the kids fell and Riley asked if he was alright. I am so happy she is so thoughtful to ask. After she played we took her to get FroYo.

It has been a long couple days of lots of playing and being outdoors, I am excited to relax on the couch.

Cheers to the start of a new week! I hope you all have a fantastic week, and if you started back to school I hope it’s filled with excitement!

Thank you all so much for stopping by!
