Happy Monday y’all! I’m just kidding it’s been the worst Monday I’ve had in a long time. The morning started off great! I got a walk in with both of my kids. I was extremely nervous since I don’t have a double stroller yet. Both kids did awesome and made it without any issues. It’s when we got home that things turned. I was feeding my son and I suddenly got a migraine. If you’ve had one you know they are no joke! I’ve tried everything and it turns out my kids didn’t feel the need to take a nap today so I can’t even get some shut eye. Oh well I guess, it’ll go away eventually, right?
I have been extremely motivated recently to get back in shape. Holy moly am I out of shape. Even the simplest workout has been a bit difficult. The past few days I have tried to get a good workout in. My favorite workouts to do at home are from the Tone It Up girls. They have an amazing playlist of workouts and recipes on their YouTube channel. If you haven’t checked them out, I recommend it! They are fun and energetic and make it fun to exercise. They have all sorts of workouts such as total body, booty, yoga and much more. Yesterday I did a 24 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) and it was insanely hard. I’m so sore but it’s totally worth it.
Another favorite workout of mine is band workouts. I got my bands on Amazon last year and they are incredible. I just went to Tone It Up on YouTube and searched band workout and there are a couple to choose from. They are so good and leave me sore.
I am so excited that I can have protein powder again. I have been searching for a really good powder that doesn’t leave a gross after taste or tastes chalky and I finally found one. My cousin actually introduced me to it and it is delicious. It’s the brand Olly. I have only tried the Nourishing Velvet Vanilla and it is amazing. They sell single servings at Target for $2.50. I like these because it lets you try it without committing to a full size. They sell Olly at Target for $27.99 and have a couple different flavors and they even have a protein powder made for kids.
I also found that they sell this brand of protein on Amazon, the Olly Nutrition site and I did see they have it at GNC. Have you tried this brand, if so what are your thoughts?
What are your favorite YouTube channels for workouts?
If You made it through this novel you deserve a round of applause or a cookie ( what the heck you deserve both!).
This is not a sponsored post just my thoughts about products and brands I love and use!
