Coffee Chats/Update

Happy Saturday friends! Wow where did the week go? This last week I didn’t feel my best so I wasn’t able to post. I’m sorry about that I am going to try and post more often! One of my favorite things to do in the morning is sit back while my daughter plays while I drink my coffee. What’s your favorite way to drink coffee? I love just plain black coffee and on very rare occasions I mix it up and have a latte from Starbucks or Caribou.

Today marks 4 months since my little man was born. Seriously where does the time go? I feel like it was just yesterday that I was walking to get him out. As of now he loves to eat, make cooing (is that how you spell it?) sounds, eat his hands and he loves to be held. He also loves looking around and smiling at us. His big sissy loves trying to get him to smile and giggle which he is so close!

Let’s talk about sleep. He was doing amazing; he would go to sleep around 7:30-8 pm and only wake up two times a night. This last week I swear the 4 month regression is no joke. He has been up 4 or 5 times a night and doesn’t want to sleep until 9 pm. Whew it’s been a long week or very little sleep. Anyone else experience or experiencing sleep regression with their little one? If you have any tips to correct it, help a mama out haha. This mama needs some sleep 😂.

Here’s a random thought ( I have them a lot haha) next week is Thanksgiving! I feel like it was September just yesterday. What are you all doing for turkey day? Do you watch the parade and go all out or do you have a small dinner? This year we are doing something small. I’m really bummed we can’t watch the holiday parade, it used to be my favorite part of Thanksgiving growing up. What are you most excited about?
