July Favorites

Happy Wednesday! Wow can you believe that it’s August 1st? I feel like it was just yesterday we had snow on the ground and I was counting down the days for the sun to be out. It’s crazy how time flys. Am I right?

This month has been a busy month for us. We had the holiday, vacation, and two birthdays and probably other things I’m forgetting (Mom brain). I’m excited to share some of my favorite things from this month not in any particular order.

Vacation: if you haven’t gone to JellyStone in Wisconsin I say it’s a huge must. The place is absolutely incredible and fun for adults and kids. They have waterpark, mini golf, lake, outdoor movie and much more. There’s so much to do and you can rent a cabin or pitch a tent. I’ve done both and have had a blast every time I’ve ever gone there.

Micos birthday: how is it that my baby is already one years old? He is growing so fast and I love every second I get to spend with him and his big sissy of course. He also adores his sister and loves to kiss, hug and pull her hair.

My hubbys birthday: I met my husband when we were sophomores in high school. We started dating when I was 15 years old and we’ve been together ever since. I am so happy I get to spend all my days with him and got to help him ring in a new year of his life ( he turned 28 by the way, and I’m 27 if you’re wondering).

Netflix: we watched a couple things this month. We finished up Gotham and are waiting for the new season to come to Netflix. It’s such an interesting story. We also watched The Staircase. Wow if you want to watch a good Docuseries this is it. It will have you question everything. We started watching Blue Bloods and I am obsessed. I didn’t like the first few episodes but the story line picked up and the characters definitely got more interesting. If you haven’t seen this show, you should.

Larabar Coconut Creme Pie:

Um this bar is absolutely delicious and I highly recommend running to your nearest store that sells them and buying in bulk. If my hubby would approve, I’d buy all the boxes I could find.

I reread Walking Disaster by Jamie McGuire for the 10th time ( or more but who’s counting?). This is one of my all time favorite books. Two people who don’t think they should be together fall for each other. Forbidden love unfolds before their eyes. Go get this book ASAP! Also I need all the coffee all the time!

I love this moisturizer. It goes on nice without leaving a weird residue and it keeps my skin protected from harmful rays. It’s amazing and not breaking the bank.

I love a good sparkling water, added bonus that this one has alcohol in it. Some days it’s nice to just sit back, relax and enjoy.

Workout outfit:

This outfit has been on repeat for my workouts. I am obsessed with the 90 degrees by Relex tanks plus the Fabletics leggings. They are perfect to workout in plus cute for everyday wear. Go get yourself a pair, or two! I also have been trying to workout everyday. I have been doing the Ashy Bines Booty program some days, Tone It Up videos and a couple Popsugar Fitness. I love to switch it up and try different workouts.

I have been loving my Toned By Ashy Bines Hoodie On Fleek when it’s been cold. I just posted my review on this jacket. It’s amazing go buy one!

Greens powder:

Last but not least, I have been taking Spirulina daily and I’ve felt such a difference in my energy. It doesn’t have the greatest taste but it sure is worth the health benefits! I like to mix a scoop into my smoothie which helps mask the algae taste. I purchased this from Amazon for $20 and it’s lasted me for months and I’m only half way through the container!

Alright that’s what I’ve been loving this last month. I hope I shared something new with you that you’d maybe like to give a try.

What’s one of your go-to products or something amazing you did this past month?

As always thank you for stopping by!
