Happy Monday everyone! I hope you’ve all had an amazing couple weeks. I’ve had a bit of a setback but I’m bouncing back. A couple weeks ago I broke my arm, which is my first ever broken bone. It definitely bummed me out at first but now I’m just going with the flow.
After my kids and I went on a walk and I did a very short lower body workout it was time for a smoothie. I decided to try something new and add an extra veggie. I now have a new favorite smoothie and it’s kid friendly! My little ones both begged to have one, now that’s what I call a mom win!
This thick and creamy deliciousness is jam packed with amazing veggies.
Let’s get started:
- A handful of frozen cauliflower
- A scoop of mashed sweet potato
- Cinnamon
- Scoop of vanilla protein powder
- Choice of milk or water
- A generous scoop of peanut butter or nut butter
- Hemp seeds
- A few ice cubes
Blend it up and enjoy the filling, veggie packed smoothie!
I promise you can even taste the sweet potato! It’ll leave you wanting more!
