Happy Thursday!

This week I’ve been thinking a lot about gratitude. At the beginning of the year I made goals and resolutions, and being more grateful was on that list. I realized that I had forgotten all about it and it bummed me out a bit. It doesn’t help that I’ve been feeling more frustrated and blah recently.

So I had an idea that maybe I could start a gratitude challenge. Every day I want to sit down and write/type out a few things I’m grateful for, then reflect on those feelings.

The definition of gratitude is; the quality of being thankful, readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.

It’ll last for one week just to see how it goes, I tend to forget things (mom brain) so I want to start with a short challenge. If the first week goes well maybe I’ll keep it going! My hope is that it helps get me out of my grumpy funk.

I will be posting everyday next week 3 things I’m grateful for and would love for all of you to join me!
