Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

Happy Wednesday everyone! I woke up with absolutely no voice and a throbbing throat. So I’m just over here drinking my weight in tea and hot water. Luckily I like both!

It’s no secret that I love smoothies! I love trying all different kinds to see what my favorite is. I saw on the Tone It Up Instagram they had a recipe for a cinnamon roll smoothie using their cinnamon roll protein powder. I knew I needed to try it out! I do not have that specific protein powder so I decided I’d improvise!

Here’s what I used:

  • Almond milk (I always just guesstimate on how much)
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla protein powder
  • Frozen cauliflower
  • Honey

I put it all in the blender. Once it was done I poured it in a wine glass to feel fancy. After that I mixed some cinnamon with honey and swirled it in the smoothie!

That’s all there is to this delicious treat!

It’s absolutely delicious and filling. I will be drinking this on repeat until I run out of ingredients.
