Happy December 1st! Guess what friends? We are one month away from 2020 to being over! Who else is ready to see what 2021 has in store for us? Anyone else feel liked 2020 has personally attacked them ( just kidding! Well kind of 😉).
How was everyone’s thanksgiving holiday? I hope you all had a great day eating tons of food and spending time with friends and family!
It’s no secret that this year has been rough for many people. There has been a lot going on in the world that seems like we will never recover. I promise you, things will get better it’s just going to take time.
One thing I’ve been doing daily to help with the craziness of this year is practice gratitude. I try to think of at least 3 things every single day to be grateful for and it helps. If you’ve heard of the law of attraction, you’ll know that showing gratitude and thinking positive thoughts is how you can get the things you want and need. By remembering what we are grateful for it helps bring in positive thoughts.

I also aim to get at least 30 minutes of exercise in each day. It’s not always easy especially with having two kids in distance learning but I always feel better and in a more positive mood. My favorite workouts are HIIT, CrossFit, core work and yoga. What’s your favorite type of workout?
