Life update

Hello everyone! It’s been quite awhile since I’ve last posted so I thought I’d share a bit why.

This last month has been just crazy! So we had Fourth of July festivities which didn’t really include much. We shot off a few fireworks and grilled. Then we went on a weeklong vacation to JellyStone Park in Wisconsin. If you’ve never been I definitely recommend checking it out! It’s so fun. We rented a Park Model Cabin and it was perfect minus the bathroom floor which was very squishy.

They have so much to do there. There’s mini golf, outdoor movie, water park, lake with a beach and more! It’s so much fun for adults and kids!

We got home and my little man turned 1 years old on July 18th! I feel like it was just yesterday that he was born. We had a little celebration for Mico and his favorite part was the cake. He was covered in frosting! Mico has learned and grown so much! He is now walking and has 5 teeth! He literally eats anything that he sees and sleeps all night!

My hubby turned 28 on July 25th (so yesterday lol), which my daughter and I baked him a homemade chocolate cake and cleaned the house. He isn’t into presents or acknowledging it’s his birthday so we cleaned the best we could ( we don’t like to clean ).

This has been such a busy month with vacation, birthdays and life. It has been 2 years since I began blogging. I have learned a lot since I began and really enjoy it. I feel less alone in being a stay at home parent. It’s been great being able to share my journey of being a mom of 2 and trying to have a life, be healthy and all that with you.
